What Makes This Role Different
Your day is structured to support quality care, not chaos:
- One-on-one care every visit You will work directly with your patients for the full session, building trust and delivering deeper, more effective treatment.
- One full hour of treatment time You have an entire hour to get your patients the outcomes they deserve
- See a maximum of 7 patients per day This is a pace that allows you to stay present, think clearly, and avoid burnout.
- Schedule that supports your life
- Monday & Wednesday: 11am–7pm
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7am–3pm
- No on-call expectations.
The Work You Will Do

- Deliver high-quality pelvic health care for active adults
- Build strong, trust-driven relationships through education and communication
- Take ownership of the full patient journey, from evaluation through discharge

- Maintain organized, timely documentation that supports your flow
- Contribute to a positive, growth-focused team culture
- Participate in community events, workshops, and content creation
- Continue developing your skills through mentorship and advanced training
Who This Is For
This role is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who wants to grow clinically, connect deeply with patients, and be part of something meaningful.
- Pelvic Health PT with ~2 years experience preferred
- Strong orthopedic foundation with manual therapy skills
- New grads may be considered if aligned and coachable
- New Jersey PT License required
- Dry Needling is a plus
- Interest in continued growth, including advanced credentials (CSCS or similar)
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $92,000 – $105,000
