About Our Practice

Body Moksha Physical Therapy was founded in 2016 to help active adults 40+ stay strong, healthy, and fit.

It was born out of the frustration of dealing with high-volume, low relationship-based healthcare. We strive to be a world-class physical therapy clinic where patients are guaranteed individualized attention, customized exercise programming, and hands-on treatment that helps them get back to, and continue doing, the activities they love.

Our practice is comprised of orthopedic and pelvic floor patients to whom we offer individualized one-on-one Physical Therapy, Strength Training, Deep Tissue Laser, Dry Needling, and Shockwave Treatment.

What You Can Expect From Us

At Body Moksha, we want our team to feel supported inside and outside of the clinic. That means you are not just getting a paycheck. You are joining a practice that invests in your growth, your work-life balance, your health, and your connection with the team.

In addition to attractive pay, Body Moksha offers an estimated $18,450 in annual benefits and perks value, including:

  • CEU Reimbursement: $2,000. We want you to keep growing as a clinician, continue building your skill set, and feel supported as you pursue the areas of care you are most passionate about.
  • Health Insurance: $3,600. We believe taking care of patients starts with making sure our team is also taken care of.
  • PTO: $4,000. Rest matters. We want you to have time away from the clinic to recharge, enjoy your life, and come back feeling refreshed.
  • Simple IRA: $3,000. We want this to be a place where you can build a future, not just take another job.
  • Core Values Awards with Gifts Attached: $50. We celebrate the way our team shows up, not just the work that gets done. When people live out our values, we recognize it.
  • Quarterly Team Outings: $400. We believe great culture is built intentionally. These outings give the team time to connect, have fun, and build relationships outside of patient care.
  • Annual Holiday Party: $200. We take time to celebrate the year, the wins, the growth, and the people who made it happen.
  • Birthday Team Lunches: $600. We want our team members to feel seen and appreciated as people, not just providers.
  • Spa Days, Cooking Classes, and Team Experiences: $300. These are the kinds of perks that make work feel more human, fun, and connected.
  • PTO and Scheduling Flexibility: $4,000. We care about work-life balance and want your schedule to support both great patient care and a great life outside of work.
  • Team Swag: $300. We love creating a sense of team pride, belonging, and fun.

This is more than a standard PT job. Body Moksha is a place where you can do meaningful work, feel supported by your team, enjoy your schedule, and continue growing personally and professionally.

Our culture is built around appreciation, growth, connection, and work-life balance. We want the person who joins our team to feel like they are part of something special.
