At Body Moksha Physical Therapy, we don’t sell "units of care." We sell a return to the life you love. We are a premier, cash-based practice helping active adults (ages 40–70) stay active without surgery or rushed, insurance-driven care.

We are looking for a Sales Professional who talks with conviction, hunts for the "yes," and takes immense pride in a perfectly organized CRM. If you are great at the "chase" but hate the "paperwork," this is not the role for you. We need an Organized Closer.

🧠 Who You Are (The "High-Detail Hunter")

Sales DNA: You are persistent. You know that 80% of sales happen after the 5th follow-up. You are eager to hit your numbers and grow the practice.
Conviction: You believe that specialized healthcare is a necessity. You talk with empathy, but you lead the patient to a decision with confidence.
Systematic & Accurate: You find peace in a clean pipeline. You don't "keep details in your head"—you move leads through our CRM and EMR with 100% accuracy.
Tech-Savvy: You can fly through GSuite, RingCentral, and lead-tracking software without breaking a sweat.

💡 Your Daily Mission

Lead Conversion: Own the "Speed to Lead." Call, text, and email warm inquiries to book 50+ qualified evaluations per month.
Master the Funnel: Manage the entire lead lifecycle. If a conversation isn't documented in our CRM, it didn't happen. Accuracy is your primary KPI.
Relationship-Based Sales: Conduct discovery calls to uncover emotional drivers and help patients choose our premium care over traditional "mills."

💰 Compensation & Benefits

$60K+ First-year earning potential (Base + Performance bonuses).
